What is included in the free tier?
The free tier includes three full courses: AI Foundations, Better Prompting and Spot AI Scams & Misinformation, each with all 50 lessons, quizzes and assignments, free forever. No credit card, no time limit. To access the Pro courses (the Professionals tracks and AI Safety & Governance) you need a Pro subscription at KES 1,000/month.
How do I pay? Is M-Pesa available?
Yes. M-Pesa (STK push) is the primary payment method. Tap Upgrade, enter your phone number and approve the prompt on your phone. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.
What is the capstone project?
The capstone is a Week 5 practical project. For AI for Job Seekers, it is a complete job application package. For Agriculture, it is a farm management plan. For Ethics, it is an AI ethics audit. You submit real work, not a multiple choice test.
How do I get the certificate?
Finish the course, submit your capstone and get Rafiki feedback. The free courses issue their certificate right away at no cost. For a Pro course, pay the KES 1,000 certificate fee at that point and it is generated immediately and emailed to you.
Can I do all the courses?
Yes. Three courses are free: AI Foundations, Better Prompting and Spot AI Scams & Misinformation. The Professionals courses and AI Safety & Governance are all included in a single Pro subscription at KES 1,000/month. New learners get a welcome offer: a first month at KES 500, or 2 months for KES 1,000. Each Pro course has its own certificate at KES 2,000, currently KES 1,000 as a launch offer.
What if I am a student at a Kenyan university?
